Relax With Us and Enjoy Some Appetizers

As the evening begins, relax with us and enjoy our homemade hot and cold appetizers. We also serve a variety of soft drinks to wet your whistle which includes sparkling cider.

After a long day of fun activities Valerie & Nancy create some appetizers to rejuvenate you for the evening. Some of their seasonal creations are: Spring/Summer - assorted VT cheddars, homemade cold dips/spreads and nuts, Fall/Winter - (in addition to the above) homemade mushroom pate, hot artichoke spread, hot dips, hot brie with homemade pesto, salmon rolls, shrimp cocktail, mozzarella baguettes, filled phyllo cups, homemade spinach dip and of course, for your sweet tooth, home-made cookies. Each evening we generally serve 2 appetizers from the above selections.

 

This is a very special time for our guests to share good conversation in our spacious yet cozy living rooms with soft music and the warmth of a wood stove. Its a wonderful time to gather around and get to know everyone. You have the choice to share your days adventure with everyone or relax by yourselves in a private area or on our hammock or porch to embrace some special time with your loved one.

Our appetizers are served at 5:00 and end at 6:00. At this time we will also help you in selecting a restaurant and make dinner reservations for you. We have over 60 restaurants in the Stowe and Waterbury area. Many are only 5 minutes away in Stowe. For a special treat our guests enjoy the New England Culinary Institute which is only 15 minutes away. Bon appetit!
