candlelight breakfasts are carefully created to

Your first course consists of our muffins,
breads or coffeecakes baked here daily.

Some of our guests favorites are maple walnut
muffins, pear bread and a raspberry-almond
coffeecake drizzled with
Vermont raspberry maple syrup.

The fun just begins when your final course arrives.
It may consist of our zesty orange french toast,
apple puffed pancake, fresh fruit filled homemade
crepes, baked peach french toast, blueberry
pancakes or bursting from all sides,
our berry delicious waffle sandwich.

Our hearty
egg dishes include vegetable strata,
fluffy broccoli quiche, omelet of the day and
our pastry egg nest which are all served with our own
homemade oatmeal or honey whole wheat bread.

All of our meals are
accompanied by maple-cured bacon
from a local smokehouse.

Our five pristine guest rooms, all with private
bathrooms,are filled with a variety of amenities.

Each room is unique, receiving our careful
individual attention to provide you with

At day's end, your beds, down comforter
and plush pillows welcome you to a deep,
restful sleep. Rooms are complete with
guest-controlled heat, air conditioning,

Each evening we generally serve

your stay extra special with us!

Rates range from $135 - $225
depending upon the time of year.

(All rates subject to change)
2 night minimum required all year.

Guest rooms accommodate up to 2 persons.
Excludes the 9 percent state lodging tax.
Payment may be made by cash, check,
MasterCard, Visa or Discover.

For everyone's comfort, smoking and
non-resident pets are not permitted at the Inn.

Deposit Policy
Two nights or more - 50 percent of total stay including tax.
Deposits must be received within 7 days of the date the
reservation is made.
If a credit card is used for a
deposit it will be processed at that time.
Deposit is forfeited if guests arrive after date specified.

Cancellation Policy ~ Effective July 1st 2005
If you cancel a guaranteed reservation more than 14 days prior
(30 days for a reservation during Fall foliage)
to scheduled arrival, we will be delighted to credit
your deposit to another visit within 6 months,
or we will refund your deposit less a $30 per room processing fee.

If you cancel 14 days (30 days for a reservation during Fall foliage)
or less from the arrival date,
you will be charged the full amount of your expected stay,
plus tax, unless the room can be rebooked for
the entire reserved period in which case a
refund will be made less a $30 processing fee per room.

If you arrive after the date expected or depart before the final date of the
guaranteed reservation,
you will be charged the full amount of your expected stay.

All Birds Nest Inn packages are nonrefundable.

Take Route 287 North, to Route 87 East, toward the
Tappan Zee Bridge. Go over the Tappan Zee (Toll) Bridge
to Route 15 North (Merritt Parkway). The Merritt
Parkway becomes Wilbur Cross Parkway. Continue
until you get to Route 91 North. Take Route 91
North, through Connecticut, Massachusetts and Vermont.
At the junction of Route 91 and I-89 (White River Jct. Area) take
Route I-89 North to Exit 10 (Waterbury/Stowe). At the bottom
of Exit 10 turn Right onto Route 100 North toward Stowe.
We are 5 miles on the right side, Box 5088.

From New York and Connecticut
Take I-95 to I-91 to White River Junction, Vermont.
Then take I-89 to Exit 10.

From Boston, Massachusetts
Take I-93 North to Concord, NH, where you pick up I-89 North
into Vermont, and continue to follow I-89 North to Exit 10.
At the bottom of Exit 10, turn right on Route 100, North
toward Stowe. We are 5 miles on the right, Box 5088.

From Albany, New York
Take Route 7 Northeast. Cross into Vermont and pick up Route 9 East
crossing the southern end of Vermont to I-91. Take I-91 North to I-89
North (White River Jtc. Area). Follow I-89 North to Exit 10. At the bottom
of exit, turn right onto Route 100, North toward Stowe.
We are 5 miles on the right, Box 5088.

From Providence, Rhode Island
Take I-95 North to I-93 North (above Boston). Follow I-93 North to Concord,
NH where you pick-up I-89 North. Continue to follow I-89 into Vermont
until Exit 10. At the bottom of Exit 10, turn right on Route 100, North toward Stowe.
We are 5 miles on the right,
Box 5088.

From Montreal, Canada
Enter the states via Route I-89. Follow I-89 South to Exit 10 (Waterbury/
Stowe). At the end of the exit turn Left onto Route 100 North toward
Stowe. We are 5 miles on the right side. Red farmhouse up on a hill.
Box #5088.

From Burlington International Airport
Make a left out of the airport onto Airport Road (South) to the traffic light at
Williston Road (Route 2). Turn left onto Williston Road (Route 2 - East)
and follow to traffic light at the junction of 2-A (Taft's Corner). Landmark:
Friendly's Restaurant. Turn right onto Route 2-A (South) going to Route I-89 (South).
Follow I-89 (South) to exit 10 (Waterbury/Stowe). At the bottom of exit,
turn LEFT toward Stowe on Route 100 (North).
We are 5 miles on the right from the bottom of Exit 10.

From Manchester Airport, New Hampshire
Take Route 28 North toward Concord. In Concord, connect with I-89 North.
Follow I-89 North through NH into VT. Continue to follow I-89 North to Exit 10.
At the bottom of exit, turn right onto Route 100, North toward Stowe.
